The department has submitted these reports on Thursday. In which it is clearly stated that the Taj Mahal temple is not there. The ASI has also refused to accept the argument that the Taj Mahal is the Shiva Temple of Hindus.
In fact, a petition in this regard was filed in the local court on April 8, 2015 in the Gomti Nagar resident of Lucknow, Harishankar Jain and five of his colleagues. It was said in the petition that the Taj Mahal is not a mausoleum but a temple of Hindus. He said that the permit of Darshan and Puja Aarti should be given there.
Not only this, the lawyers had said that the Taj Mahal’s rooms had been locked and the locks were also opened. Let us say that every Friday in the Taj Mahal is permissible for Muslims to read prayers only. In this case now the court’s next hearing will be held on September 11.
It is worth mentioning that the Taj Mahal is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan (1628-1658) built it in memory of his Begum Arjumand Bano Begum (Mumtaz Mahal).
