The Court also has a strict attitude. The High Court has asked the Delhi Government to teach the schools ignoring the rules so that no arbitrariness can be done in the future. In fact, in 2011, the High Court had formed the Anil Dev Committee to investigate about one thousand private schools charging 32 months of arbitrary fee for 2006-2009.

In the last 6 years, Anil Dev Committee has submitted 11 report to the court, which states that 544 schools do not have the required fees even in their schools. The court had directed the schools to return the parents, including the increased fees of up to 32 months (2006-2009), including 9 per cent interest.

Let the case tell you that Anil Devisingh Committee, formed by the Delhi High Court, had ordered to refund arbitrary fee recovery along with the interest of private schools and to inspect certain schools, which were considered by some schools but most did not.
