Mayor of city corporation Bhopal, Alok Sharma has claimed that this Jubilant Center is the only inclusive public utility center in the country and the state. In this, basic facilities have been provided for women, men, Divyang and Transgenders with separate entrance gate in the same campus. Sharma said, the state government is sensitive to all sections of the society. Accordingly, efforts have been made by the municipal corporation to provide quality life to the Transgenders. Public toilets have been built for them.

This toilet is made here in Mangalwara area. In this area, the people of the city are living for years. An official of the Municipal Corporation said that this inclusive public utility center has received the cost of Rs. 35 lakhs. Addressing the program after inaugurating the toilet for the kinars, Chauhan said that in addition to the central government’s grants for construction of houses for the kinars in the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, a grant of one and a half lakh rupees will be given from the state government. He said that Kinnar Panchayat will be organized soon.
